In the workplace it is important to learn workplace behaviors. Workplace behaviors can be written or unspoken. However, whatever the case, to be successful you must acquire this skill-set. There are a variety of unique personalities that are represented in the workplace environment. Therefore, it is extremely important to think before you act on those thoughts. If there is a problem that needs to be solved or maybe you may say conflict as the better term, the first step is to prioritize the situation. Is it worth the hassle? Can you simply put it on pause? Do you need to write your words down before you talk about them? Conflicts often are not conflicts just opposing forces with different points of view. Do you want to be right or do you want to resolve the conflict? This is the question.
